    • Kunden garantieren, dass sie alle Rechte an hochgeladenen Designs/Fotos besitzen oder alle erforderlichen Genehmigungen haben.
    • Inhalte dĂŒrfen keine Rechte Dritter verletzen oder gegen geltendes Recht verstoßen.
  2. Lizenz an Miliberry:
    • Durch Upload gewĂ€hrt der Kunde Miliberry eine nicht-exklusive, gebĂŒhrenfreie Lizenz, um Inhalte fĂŒr Auftragsproduktion und Marketing zu verwenden.
  3. Haftung:
    • Kunden stellen Miliberry/Printify von AnsprĂŒchen Dritter (Urheberrecht, Markenrechte usw.) frei.
  4. Recht auf Ablehnung/Entfernung:
    • Miliberry darf Inhalte oder Bestellungen, die gegen Recht oder Rechte Dritter verstoßen, ablehnen, entfernen oder stornieren.

12. Haftung

  • BeschrĂ€nkung auf Ersatz, Reparatur oder RĂŒckerstattung gemĂ€ĂŸ österreichischem/EU-Verbraucherrecht.
