10. Rückgaben, Rückerstattungen & Stornierungen

Stornierungen vor Produktionsbeginn möglich.
Rückerstattungen über Stripe innerhalb von 5–10 Werktagen.

11. Geistiges Eigentum & Kunden-Uploads

Eigentum & Verantwortung:
- Kunden garantieren, dass sie alle Rechte an hochgeladenen Designs/Fotos besitzen oder alle erforderlichen Genehmigungen haben.
- Inhalte dürfen keine Rechte Dritter verletzen oder gegen geltendes Recht verstoßen.
Lizenz an Miliberry:
- Durch Upload gewährt der Kunde Miliberry eine nicht-exklusive, gebührenfreie Lizenz, um Inhalte für Auftragsproduktion und Marketing zu verwenden.
Haftung:
- Kunden stellen Miliberry/Printify von Ansprüchen Dritter (Urheberrecht, Markenrechte usw.) frei.
Recht auf Ablehnung/Entfernung:
- Miliberry darf Inhalte oder Bestellungen, die gegen Recht oder Rechte Dritter verstoßen, ablehnen, entfernen oder stornieren.

12. Haftung

Beschränkung auf Ersatz, Reparatur oder Rückerstattung gemäß österreichischem/EU-Verbraucherrecht.
Keine Haftung für indirekte oder Folgeschäden.

13. Datenschutz

2. Rückerstattungs- / Rückgaberecht

Defekte/Beschädigte/Falsche Produkte: Kontakt: support@miliberry.com innerhalb von 7 Tagen, mit Fotos.
Ersatz oder Rückerstattung bei Genehmigung.
Schäden durch unsachgemäße Pflege/Wäsche nicht erstattungsfähig.
Rückerstattungen via Stripe, 5–10 Werktage.
Versandkosten bei Rücksendungen trägt der Kunde, außer bei unserem Verschulden.
Stornierungen nur vor Produktionsbeginn möglich.
